Before you download

Yes. Installing a desktop app is optional. You can keep using Koala in your browser with your existing account.

Downloading the app and activating your licence are separate steps. Follow the activation instructions supplied with your licence.

Koala supports macOS 13 Ventura and later on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, and Windows 10 and later on x64 and ARM64 computers. If your computer is managed by work, check with your IT team before installing.
